South hills building manager does ***** with the applications given .

The building manager at south hills is ******* and does ********** things . Last year I app**** and I was approved however I had no interest and got a place elsewhere. The building manager used my documents with some couple they signed a contract without a witness . I don’t know how they managed to sign my contract without me present and it’s a legal document. In March I received an email saying I owe R17000 . Then I went to the offices to let them know about this the lady I spoke to was so nonchalant and just told me they have terminated the lease to my . It was lockdown and I couldn’t go there . I have been calling, emailing and no one is interested in helping me . The money has accumulated to R28564 and I don’t know how someone can stay for free 5 months . I am a victim Today they apparently went to the room and they found some women claiming to be me. Afhco and those people are so ******* and at that time they are affecting my credit score . I am a newly graduate and I pay my rent where I stay before time even , The management is currently avoiding my emails and they cc’d 5 people but not a single response. I believe I have no contract with them as I did not legally commit to a contract.

I am frustrated and stressed .
