Smoking in the building

I reside at 120 End Street and i have two my concerns. Number 1 is about tenants who are smokers, the building has no smoking area and tenants smoke in the staircase you can smell cigarette or **** coming from the lifts. I complained about this at the AFCHO offices and no concrete answer was given. I was asked if i know the smokers,,,for REAL can you ask me that question??? Do i suppose to know who lives in the building and at which room number do they stay??? I'm worried about my health as second smoke is also dangerous too non smoker and if something is not done i will take it up further. Last week was #notobaccoday and it seems non smokers are completely not considered. AFCHO will be held accountable and will be responsible for my medical bill. If it happens that you don't know NO SMOKING is allowed in complexes/ residential areas/ in your car etc.

Secondly I'm tired of calling the building manager now then for noise levels. Tenants need to know that there are people who wants quietness and also that there are tenants who do shifts work and need to rest.
