Shocking Bill from AFHCO

My water and sewarage bill fur July came out almost 10 times the normal. Imagine getting charged more R1000 as a water and sewerage bill. I stay alone in my unit and my usage never changes. My normal bill is always plus or minus R150 but for July it's R1000+. I called AFHCO and received a reference number and the agenth instructed me to pay the bill as of the previous month, but no one got back to me. Instead the next bill came with a balance b/f meaning I must pay the money.

Poor and unfair customer service from AFHCO. For this I have to go to their offices.
