Shocked

Good day

I am seriously having a problem sorted with AFHCO, i moved into one of their units on the 01st of August 2016, and according to the records the first deposit and rental are not reflecting on their side. As we speak i do not access into my unit and my electricity has been cut off. I have been in contact with credit control, i did every thing they asked me to do, submitted a bank statement showing that the money went through, yesterday after talking to them again, it was agreed that i will do a reversal and re pay the money cash into their account, i submitted the reversal to my bank and cc d them, i also sent through a case number as they requested and to date, i am still faced with the dilemma. yesterday i made over 40 calls to Afhco and i am being transfered from pillar to post. I mean right now i want to pay my rent tomorrow, do i pay or not, what if i pay and i am still locked out, where will i sleep? i m having thoughts of finding another flat but i dont have the time, and the energy for applications else where. Are nt they supposed to say to me this is the situation, we will give you a few days to investigate and rectify, instead of such extreem measures. I am a responsible individual, if there is an error or any thing of that kind, i will fix it, its my responsibility to ensure that my rent i paid every month, and my account is up to date. Moving into Monis was the best choice ever and the experience has been filled with joy, i have even referred my friends and 2 of them moved in, but what i am going through now, is really sad. I mean what impression am i being given here, i still have a year to go with them, when i get trated like this at the beginning, i have fears.
