Service is total ****!!
<p>I moved into No One Eloff in February after signing a contract of occupation as a tenant. I was promptly asked for my email address so that I can get a digital copy sent to me. Today I write this in October - 9 ****ing months later with countless of emails sent and calls made for my contact to be sent. I still wait patiently while losing my **** on the other side!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Your call centre is also a stinker. No one never knows what you need to know and always refer you to people that have nothing to do with your query, leading you back and forth on the phone... sometimes (most cases) no one answers... ***.</p> <p> </p> <p>Get your **** together.</p>
