Second Follow-up Deposit Refund

Dear Management at Afhco I write this as my last resort in trying to reach your offices for my refund. If you are an organization that prides itself in making sure that they provide their Tenants with quality and reliable service. Unfortunately, you have failed to deliver to those standards. It has been 40 days to be exact without my deposit refund as per the agreed contract termination letter. I wish you take into account the financial constrain that we individual find ourselves as a result of COVID-19 and that every cent goes a long way. It will be a noble human being's behavior to really keep to the end of your bargain by making sure that you pay off your tenants' refund the money as stated in their eviction letter.

NB: To any property reviewer who might read this concern. May you please advise what are the legal option that one can under should they find themselves in a predicament were property management fails to pay their tenants the deposit refund.
