Honestly if **** and ********* was a business, Afhco would take the cup!! How many times did i call and send emails to enquire about the R307 i am billed for? How many times did i request for someone to call me and explain exactly why i was charged this amount? Afhco is billing me R307 that they claim was to replace pipes for a basin. Firstly, i found that basin not working when i moved in, so in what right mind must i pay for something that was already damaged? Even worse you guys are claiming there were pipes that were changed when that basin was fixed, which pipes exactly on which basin exactly? Even the maintenance guy called to confirm and rectify with me that there were no pipes changed there, i mean i was looking at the guy pumping the basin with that black thing with a wooden stick to unblock the basin, and suddenly i must pay R307, for what exactly? Now, you sending me a letter of demand for a ****** R307 that you claim fixed pipes? Honestly Afhco doesn’t give a **** about their tenants, they are just a money making scheme. My burglar gate hasn’t been working for months now, i called and sent several emails regarding that and till today, no one has bothered to come fix that, clearly shows how little you take your tenants and their safety. Afhco Management is full of nonsense, lacks service delivery and truly the worst with anything they do. So now because of the ******** you are you are threatening me of terminating my lease with immediate effect if i don’t pay this R307? When I’ve been the one calling and emailing to get some answers but no one was ever bothered! Afhco Management is really full of nonsense!!
