Saya Recoveries

In 2020 around April before the lockdown started I left Newgate flats in Newtown which is under AFCHO properties, I had stayed with AFCHO for 4 years. Before you leave you report a month ahead that you are about to leave, I did that, and also I have never owed them a single cent always paid on time. I after filling in the form that I am leaving I also asked at reception in the building, is there anything else that I owe or anything i need to do, I was told no, there is nothing else. Without getting a call or email instantly they then went ahead and included saya recoveries which all of a sudden, said I owe money, to AFCHO, what moeny I asked and I shared each and every payment to my last one that i have done, so how do i owe after i asked you if there is anything left, after i have notified you a month ago that i am leaving? saya recoveries has been threating me and increaing the money every month, again no one has called me, no one has sat and explained to me everything and how they determined the value I owe, I all of a sudden owe so much for thier incompetence. I would advise no one registers to stay with them at all, when you leave they send saya recoveries.
