RUN AROUNDS WITH REFUNDING DEPOSIT

AFHCO is the worst property management company. They never keep any of their undertaking. In addition to that some of their advertising is false and misleading. I moved out in one of their flats, Jeppe Post Office unit 704 on the 1st of March 2022, until today I have been given run arounds regarding payment of my deposit. I have been calling them each week since I left. This is despite their policy of refunding the deposit within 7-14 days. They keep telling me that my account is at reconciliation I should check the following week. I have read so many bad reviews about Afhco doing everything not to refund tenants'deposit. In Jeppe Post office their advertising is that it has a laundry service and a gym. The machines in the laundry never work, they have no gym and the lifts are constantly out of service. This company needs to be taken to task for these. Stay away!
