Rude and yet *********** Supervisor
I have never called in a call center and spoken to such a rude supervisor , she does not care about their customers at all. <br> I do not understand what kind of example is she setting for her team and what training is she providing to her agents .<br> She is ruining the Afcho name and most of all as to the experiance i have had with her i would not refer anyone to stay at any afcho buildings because come a time when you are to recieve your deposit back they will keep lieing and be rude and yet you useing your airtime calling them but no body seems to care . i thought staying at afcho was gonna have a nice ending to it but certainly no . As a supervisor you are to put customers first but i feel that talking to her was a waste of my time .
