The worst property leasing company. Stayed with Afhco for more than 2yrs when i moved out I was told I forfeited my deposit because I changed buildings within the company, internal transfers are treated as new lease agreements, I lost R3750 - my hard earned money gone just like that besides being a loyal customer who paid rent on time. The reason i moved out from the building is because of non ending electricity problems. They don't care about their tenants. Never make a mistake of taking up rentals with them.
