I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience leasing at Impilo Place Flats. There is a severe ****roach infestation in my unit, and this is clearly not an isolated issue many residents are constantly complaining about the same problem.
Despite paying an outrageous amount of rent, the living conditions are unacceptable. I have personally spent a ridiculous amount of money on ****roach sprays and treatments, yet nothing works because the infestation is building-wide.
a pest control company comes once a month, but honestly, this is the most useless and ineffective service I have ever experienced. Nothing changes before or after they “spray.” The infestation remains exactly the same they might as well not come at all.
This situation is stressful, unhygienic, and completely unfair to tenants who are paying premium rent expecting decent living standards. I regret leasing here and would not recommend Impilo Place to anyone unless this infestation is properly and permanently resolved.
