I moved out at one of the afcho buildings greatermans to be specific on the 31 January 2016. I received an email last week on the 8 march 2016 that I owe them R3634.95 for maintenance and repair and that I have 48hours to pay or I will be handed over. I emailed back within 15min of receiving the email that I didn't understand because on the day I moved out I signed what the building manager stated that the only problem was a bit of paint chipped was not even big as the size of my hand. On my arrival at greatermans on the first of march 2014 the unit was dirty, the bathroom light was not working so I couldn't see anything in the bathroom, only 1 plate of the two plate stove was working and the main door couldn't close unless I lock it. I reported these things on the first week of my arrival and only the bathroom light was managed to be fixed and the bathroom Lord it was dirty but I ddnt complain. Not speaking of the stove and main door they were never fixed till I moved out 31 January 2016 and they can check from their maintanence records from the first week I moved in. Since on my response on the email I only got a reply today on 14march 2016. Is this a rip of or some kind of joke
