I called last Thursday8/8/2019 to get help with a promo FOR A PROPERTY I took interest in. I saw the property advertised and I immediately enquired. I sent out an email to all 4 agents agents appointed on this property to secure it Fortunately, I recieved a call shortly after enquiry from someone at the head office I believe by the name of Sasa that was sent from an agent(one of the 4 agents i emailed in the beginning) who got alert from. Sasa was very helpful, she gave me the details of the property, i was happy with her excpectional service even ready to move in with so much excitement, but viewing needed to happen 1st OBVIOUSLY.

Sasa being the guradian angel, then assigned us to Percy(person responsible for viewing)

Now, I was not in the position to go view the place myself, therefore I asked my partner to go on our behalf, keeping in contact with Percy for the sake of having the place viewed over the weekend in my presence.

This is the following that happened:

1stly on the day of viewing, Percy made us wait for an entire 4:30 hours, which appointment was scheduled for 8:00(taking in mind my partner made arrangements to start late at work just to go view this place) and kept him waiting at the building for an entire 4h30 and attended to him after 12:30 also, not showing any remorse or anything in that nature to show his sincerity which is considered unprofessional

2ndly, he attends to my partner 4:30 hours later not even apologetic, and unprepeared for the meeting(asking which apartment would he like to view) totally unprepared asking if he would like to view other apartments(but if he had done his homewrok before seeing a client he wouldnt have to offer us any other apartments as we already knew what we wanted hence we got to were we where)

Lastly, after the viewing we were then informed that the price was different to what was originally agreed upon when this agent(Percy) came back to my partner after the viewing and gives him a different price verses what we saw on the advert which was also on promo(this still being valid at the time of call when we enquired and confirmed it would stay valid to us until we decide to start with the application process if we liked what we saw after the viewing of the specific property)

I then called the head office the following business day(yesterday) to follow up on what was happening cause we are now given a different price VS what we were offered, the agent I spoke to an agent who I explained the situation to and gave all my details to for an update of what the outcome will be till now, nobody has came back to me.

It's either AFHCO is false advertising their properties to public which even their emplyees do not know what is happening, or employees working for AFHCO are trying to rip people off without the company's acknowledgement.

This is ill-treatment and totally unacceptable.
