Ridiculous water bill

I am seriously not happy with Afcho i am a tenant at south hills lifestyle estate, we got a ridiculously high water bill of R600 thenbi discovered that our water meter has a leakage i immediately informed Peter who advised that it will be fixed and i must only pay half of the water bill which i did. But to my surprise today i get an sms threatening to take legal action against me for the outstanding R300. I showed Peter the video of the leaking meter. I also reported the stove which is faulty to date it is not fixed. Can someone resolve this matter it is unacceptable. Our reference number is 53170 i have sent emails still i am getting no help
