Greetings

I am highly disappointed by the service which your staff is giving to my niece I have app**** for an accommodation for my niece in Johannesburg (station view) my niece was assisted by Siya and Andile, I called Siya yesterday to do a follow up on the application he promised me that I will receive a confirmation sms before 14:00 yesterday. around 15:00 my niece went to your offices to check the progress of the application she was told by one of your staff that her application will not succeed unless she pays a bribe. I am highly disappointed by this kind of service in you offices.
