Rental updates

I am staying in unit 412 atkinson house since january 2021. I paid my rent in time every month but I always get a message that I am owing.every months I must call and check if you received my rent. Am tired of this nonsense. Your accounted are very bad. Am even thinking of canceling my lease and go somewhere else.
