rental increase
<p>I have just moved in for 6 months into the building and they just increased the amount while i was told it would not for 6 months.</p>

Remember that in terms of your lease agreement, effective 01 January each year, your monthly rental payable is increased and not linked to any specials we continuously run. We have tried to keep the increase as low as possible taking into account the general complex economic conditions as well as the rising costs of building maintenance and utilities.
Please ensure that you make the necessary provision for the increase and budget accordingly. In case you are paying via debit order, make sure that funds are available in your bank account to avoid penalties for returned debit orders. All January statements, reflecting the increased rental amount, will be distributed earlier than normal due to the holiday period.
