Rental Deposit Not Paid

I called customer services to confirm if I can mail my lease, Lebogang confirmed the email and said I could. All documents were mailed on the 5th of Jan. Then I received an sms stating that credit control procedures will be implemented and I will incur cost to my account. This is 6 days after I had moved out of their building. Made an enquiry and Lebogang said to ignore sms as it was sent in error and assured me that my deposit will be paid within 7 days. When 7 days lapsed I called again but no fruitful results obtained. Then I drove all the way from PTA (37weeks pregnant) to find out what the holdup was. Spoke to Lucy who said the notice to cancel(that ive sent 3 times already) was the issue. Presented the originals and she assured me that it would be paid by the 20th. This did not happen and the matter was escalated to Kurshaida who said the payment will be made today 23FEB. I have called again as there is no money in my account, requested proof of payment to be emailed to me and this still has not happened. This is now my last resort, after countless phone calls and emails can my deposit be paid. Can Afhco stop stressing me please.
