Rental bill case

I was billed R1000 for water and I live alone. When I tried to dispute the matter they tell me that the building manager reported that I left a tap running. I asked for a full report with readings and dates they do not have and yet expect me to pay. Building manager advised he knows nothing about the situation, now my power got cut off because that amount. Afcho is very pathetic and cannot resolve tenants issues they go against tenants rights and do as they please everything their doing is against the law. If you’re are looking for a place to live in jhb please go somewhere else. R
