Rent still not refunded
I have been waiting for my refund to be paid and each time I call, my call gets placed on hold for long period, eventually they come back and tell me a different story. - waiting for water reading - cannot trace last rent - received water reading, payment to be made Monday or Tuesday - waiting for water reading (Again!!!) - payments only made Tuesdays & Thursdays I advise anyone looking for peace of mind to stay away from renting from these losers.
