Rent Increases Every Month—Avoid This Company!

I’ve been renting from Afhco Property Management (Northgate Heights) for the past year now, and I can’t express how disappointed I am. Every single month, my rent keeps going up. It started as a slight increase, but now it feels like they’re just testing how much they can get away with. It’s absolutely ridiculous!

Communication with their team is a nightmare. I’ve reached out multiple times for clarification, and I either get vague responses or no response at all. It feels like they don’t care about their tenants—only about maximizing profit.

I understand that costs can rise, but this constant increase is unacceptable. I’m seriously considering moving out, which is a shame because I liked the place. I can’t recommend Afhco Properties (Northgate Heights) to anyone looking for a stable and reasonable renting experience. Save yourself the headache!
