I never gave you consent to use my deposit for any rental areas. I never received any letter saying that let alone signing it. I never even called your offices to request deposit to be taken.

I am the oldest tenant in Atkinson house. Since 2014 till now. Please reinstate my deposit. Please attend to this matter. Surely I am not the only one, after that confusion and misplacing of funds that happened last year August/September. Many people were even charged for packing that they never even signed up for.

Please reinstate my deposit. If not please provide proof of where I gave my verbal or written consent. Afhco is a professional company that believes everything should be in black and white.

I have lodged cases on my portal which have been removed while my matter is still left unresolved.

During this lockdown period the company has dished out letters of relief to use tenants deposit for arrears, where you must sign and submit the form. I assume the same thing is what you say happened in February 2017.

I have never given my consent to any of the Afhco agents to use my deposit for rent. That means you took my money withou t my permission. Please reinstate my deposit.

Please note that this promotion was done openly as with all other discount and promotions.

Part of the letter sent out to all tenants read:

"To that end, we would like to offer what support we can, and reward our loyal tenants for their ongoing support. We have thus decided to implement a rental deposit pay back scheme, whereby our loyal tenants are refunded their deposit based on the period of occupancy i.e. the longer the occupancy, the higher the deposit refund.Tenants that qualify will receive a credit on their February rental statement, meaning you will pay a reduced amount in February".

Should you still wish for your deposit or part thereof to be re-instated, then you account would be debited for the same amount and it will be due. Please advise us further if you want us to re-instate your deposit amount and then debit your account with same amount?

Firstly as stated, I don't recall receiving that letter. I guess what you trying to say is that you made the decision of taking my deposit on your own because I was never involved in that decision making. You say this happened in February 2017 and yet it reflects again on my August 2019 statement. How is it so?

This is a mistake from your side because my statements have been showing my full deposit until Las year September. I still request for my deposit to be reinstated but I won't be able to pay any extra amount for any relief that I did not consent to.

I do advise you to reinstate my deposit and that you do not hold me accountable for your mistakes.

Afhco did not conduct Proper procedure when the letters that you talking about were sent to tenants and I request not to be liable for that. I never attached my signature on any paper work from Afhco except for my contract.

I won't pay any thing more than my rent areas. I never asked for any relief. I don't even know anything about the promotion you spoke about and what made me to qualify for it. Like really how do I even qualify for the promotion I I know nothing about, that promotion too was something that wasn't disclosed to me.

The only thing you want to do is to make me pay for my deposit again while I don't even know how it got to be half the balance.

You can't take someone's money without their consent. That is my money. You don't have the right to do however you please with it.

The procedure will be to ask me first. I if I agree I must sign on to something for both our protection and for security reasons.
