Refusable of fingerprint at Newgate

I live in Newgate since February 2014 and my mother app**** for the flat for me because I was only starting work. I went to get my fingerprint and there was no problem and attitude. Have paid rent every month since always on time.

My mother does not live in the flat and still doesnt , so when my husband went to to get his fingerprint they gave him problems and told my mother had to return to Springs. I reported this in Hellopeter in 2014 as well .

This year my husband went to your offices again to get his fingerprint in they gave him the same stinking attitude. He went because Charlie the Agent had told him that he can go to your offices and fill in a form and get his fingerprint in they turned him back. With attitude.

This is ****** and xenophobic, is it because my husband he is not black or what.

The flat is still under my mother's name and we have never given a problem with payment still we receive ****py attitude.

I have lived in this place for nearly 5 years and husband just moved in with our 8 years daughter and you still refuse to give have his fingerprint so can come in like he pays rent here.
