Refund of Deposit
<p>On Saturday I was at your offices to request a refund for the deposit money I paid. I cancelled the application due to my sister relocating she wont be needing the flat anymore.</p> <p>I was told that Tinyiko did not put us on the refund list and requested proof of payment which I didnt not have. </p> <p> </p> <p>This monday I faxed and emailed the proof of payment no one has got back to me and when I call they dont put me through. </p> <p>The agent we used is Tinyiko and reference for the refund is CAVF0805</p> <p>Your assistance is highly appreciated.</p>
