refund my admin fee

I app**** for a flat at new gate in January through an agent by the name siphesihle who was working under Bongani Nontenjwa. I was told that the flat available is worth 2800.00 monthly. I was told to pay R750.00 as admin fee, not sure of the dates but around the 12 January. <br> <br> I received an SMS to come and sign a lease after the 25th, i contacted Bongani who said i must come , when i came he was not around so i spoke to available agent which was Duncan, who after checking he realised the flat i paid for is not the one i was allocated which was now worth R3999.00 of which i could not afford it as i only app**** for the one worth 2800.00.<br> <br> I had made Bongani aware that i needed to put on a notice where I'm currently staying, he said the flat is available (2800.00) and that i must go ahead and put a notice. <br> <br> I have been sent to all departments requesting my refund and i was given false information , i had to cancel my notice where i stay and pay a fine for that as well as my monthly rent. <br> <br> NB: these are the people i have spoken to <br> <br> Lucy letting depart supervisor ***. <br> *** customer service manager. <br> <br> Nontenjwaa bongani, agent...*** /***<br> <br>
