REFUND
On the 30th of June I sent my notice letter to Lerato, I moved out on the 28/07/2018. signed form with the care taker. After I removed all my belongs and leaving the apartment. on the notice it has been stated that the refund will be done within 7 days if there are no damages to the property. I called in today to check on the refund to my Surprize the account was not closed, I am very dissapointed becuase Afcho seems to be giving me excuses instead of my money back.... It is not professional how you guys do things how can you just forget to close someone's account when they no longer using your services. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

14 Aug 2018, 14:21what I don't understand is why is it only closed today cause I have sent all my details and notified you guys in advance.
I am not waiting another 7 days for my refund I want my money.people should do their jobs, really do what you guys get paid to do. This really shows how people don't value their jobs,so when customers send stuff you just seat in your offices not processing the details. If I don't get my money by tomorrow I am going to involve my lawyer in this matter.
