Reef Cres refuse to give me my deposits

hi i moved in to reef acres in 2015, till the end of june 2018, the procedure says that before you move in to the complex, the property care taker must do the inspection just to make sure everything is in order, and during the exit the inspection must be done together with me as a tenant. surprisingly i never received my deposits back that was amount of R3800. when i called their offices i was told that according to the inpection that was done in my absence, i wot get my deposit back because theres a plug that was not working. i tried to call the Manager (Peter) several times but it seems like hes ignoring my calls now. i would be happy if i can be assisted in this regards

i had to inform Propery Care taker( David) about the faults he didnt help me, he would take time to fix some other things. the reason why i left the keys by the security is that he was not arround however i had to leave them. i did go to him the following day inform him that he was not arround so i had to drop the keys by the securities, and i did apologise for that

Dear Bongekile We confirm as correct all information previously communicated that as per our lease agreement states that should there be any faults in the unit it must be reported to us within seven days after occupying the unit, if this is not done we take it that the unit is in order. When you vacated you left the keys at the security and never contacted the building manager to do the inspection with them hence the inspection was done in your absence, therefore all the charges remain. Kindly refer to our previous communications and responses as we confirm that the query has been resolved on our side. Should you need any further assistance or require any additional information, do not hesitate to contact us at *** or telephonically on ***. Kind Regards
