Rediculous noise level

The level of noise we have to deal with at golf park pta west is rediculous you'd swear there is no management or security. People are getting drunk daily with loud music and screaming the whole day making noise for other tenants.its no longer pleasant staying there, I'm fed up and looking for a decent place to stay because golf park is clearly not it.i would never advise or recommend this place to anyone I know.
