RATS IN MY ROOM

I wish it was possible to rate with zero stars I have been happy with the service at Afcho until rats 🐀 managed to come inside my room I don't know how or where they are from. I am so emotional as i am writing this because I'm a single mom of 32 years I live with a 3 year old, I haven't been sleeping at night for two weeks now because of rats. They are destroying everything. I reported the matter 3 times already I even showed the building manager a video of my blanket that has been eaten by rats but he is giving me attitude saying I can do what I want to do. My child is traumatized he can even go to pee by himself. I am also scared of the rats but I have to be strong because of my child. What kind of service is this living with rats and when u report no body cares!!!!!!!!!
