Rates and Service

Hope this finds you well, I am currently renting with Afhco in Noordheiwel, since they joined and took over from Indluplace the water rates are have doubled, we tried raising the issue but no one is willing to assist, the place smells like sewage and the place is not being maintained, all these issues have been raised before. Their service is very poor and you constantly need to fight with them in order for them to provide the service.

Can this please reach them as we are tired of the service were given, can the rates please be investigated as this started when Afhco joined.
