Property refund

I moved out one of their Properties end of March and still haven’t received my Refund, Everytime I call and find out what is happening no one gives me a clear answer.. This is so frustrating because I’ve never missed any payments when I was staying in one of their properties but now when they have to Refund me I have to run after them…
