*******!!!! My deposit equals R2713.56 as per the previous statement I had, you guys deducted R600 as per the heartless building manager Albert of Frank & Hirsch to my shock this morning, I got refunded R916.21 where the hell is my other money?? I no longer want to deal with you anymore because you take people for granted I have requested the help of property ombudsman and they will be contacting you on Monday I'm so livid!!! I would never tell people to stay in any of your buildings the reviews here says that a lot, I hope and wish the ombudsman closes your business

Our records indicate the signed check (snag) move in list confirmed everything was in good condition and order but upon moving out, there were paintings of the kitchen/lounge walls to be done.
Furthermore, there were charges for electricity and water recoveries, late notice pro-rate penalty fees,hence the charges.
