For such a big establishment to abuse human rights and people who strive to make a living am very disappointed to the core, disappointed is an understatement,it's actually disgusting.l live in one of the apartments in Marshall Town Building name Panama ,unit number 415.

Firstly l lodged a complaint about my water bill coming to R2200 last month when lm staying alone and was 2 weeks not at home,it didn't seem like anyone was willing to assist resolve that as l went to the office 3 times to get it sorted and multiple phone calls with no one willing to answer a question.

Then l went to the office to make an arrangement that l can't pay my rent in time due to some uncalled for predicaments ,l spoke to lsaac the credit controller and he was just but not willing to assist but instead stressed on procedures that will be taken if l don't pay which he definitely knew l could not pay as l had stated my situation.

Then today without a court order or my concern l found my apartment locked.The law says you need to have a civil conversation or arrangement with me and a court order if no arrangement with the two parties to be able to proceed and shut me out and sleep in the street,right now everything of mine is locked in the apartment without my knowledge.

I should believe at this stage that such a big company should be run by people who truthfully abide to the law and not take advantage of people and do legal procedures by the book.

I will go to the Tribunal Court and get justice for sleeping in the cold with no food no change of clothes *******ly from the company.You should be helping people but you destroying people's lives with your actions.
