Poorly Managed Property

There's No rules, Tenants do as they please as they friends with securities, on the 08-08-21 there was a party on block D level 3, the music played till after midnight, in the morning there was broken bottles all over even today on the 11-08-21 the Bottles are still there, Gates are always not working so that leads to anyone that doesn't stay there come in as they please, Everybody has access to this Property, I have realised that Afcho take advantage of their tenants they treating us as if we staying for free no matter how we try to speak to caretaker, Nothing gets solved, Maintainance is very bad.
