Poor services

Executives of this company should really consider who they hire to help us as consumers , because woow they are so arrogant and full of themselves !! I have been complaining all the time as my room has been getting destroyed by sewerage water that smells so baby and no one is willing to help me , and I have to stay up late cleaning my room all over because of waste water being in my room . And when I ask to be moved to another room I am being told I need to re apply for an apartment what type of BS is this though!! I am extremely gatvol !!!!! Building managers are getting paid for nothing as they never help us tenants who are need of their help nxa !!!
