Poor services

I stay at Afcho property building sambro house and exactly a week today I reported a problem with my DSTV not having a connection in which the building manager is aware.i have since been told that people that are supposed to come and have it fixed.they have not even set foot on the building.For 7 days there is nothing done.

Dont get me wrong the building manager does the best work she could in all the complaints we have as tenants she attends to them soonest but the company the building is using to have this issue resolved are just not fair.

I dont know when I am getting help but this is just unfair
