Poor Service/*********** staff

Worst company ever ,I have been waiting for my deposit since I moved out . They deducted 5 days pro rata for no reason. I have been in calls with customer service non of them have resolved the issue. Noluthando Tshabala have been ignoring my emails ,Lebogang called me last week and ask why I rated them zero on their system . I explained, still no one have resolved my issue.It’s been 49 days since I moved out still my deposit is not paid back in full . *********** staff,No sense of urgency. If you think of using them think again. Even some queries were never attended to when I moved in .
