Poor service Management and office carelessness rude security

I stay at Afhco properties, currently dealing with a fingerprint being removed claiming the unit is vacant yet they receive rent every 1st of every month, how can a room be vacant with no letter of notice or paper work saying I’m cancelling the lease!!!! that leads to me having no access to the flat. Working till late with no time to be running to their useless office and this also lead to their rude security at Lowrise jeppe post office flat who don’t know how to work with people even when you show the a proof of payment. Last month I went to the office they fixed the issue only to face this **** again this month yet the rent is fully paid. I would never recommend anyone to stay at afhco.
