Poor service from senior staff.

The worst service ever!!

I requested assistance from the credit department because a child is in need of accommodation and this company still has her MOM on ITC with an outstanding amount.

I spoke to the gentleman and he said I must send him an email then he will reply - GUESS WHAT?!!! THEREAFTER I GOT EXCUSES AND HE WAS NO LONGER TAKING MY CALLS!!!

I PLEADED WITH HIM TO HELP ME HELP THIS YOUNG GIRL BUT IT WAS JUST A JOKE TO THEM!! THE ENTIRE OFFICE!!!

WHATS MORE ANNOYING IS THAT I ALSO EXPLAINED THAT THE OTHER COMPANY THAT NEEDED HIS CONFIRMATION THAT THE ACCOUNT IS UP TO DATE ALSO CLOSES SOON, SO IF HE COULD ASSIST BEFORE THEN.

IF THIS IS HOW THINGS ARE HANDLED AT THEIR HEAD OFFICE BEHIND CLOSED DOORS IT MAKES SENSE THAT THEY WOULD STILL LIST THEIR CLIENTS ON ITC EVEN AFTER THEY PAID IN FULL.
