Poor service from Afcho employees

Firstly I am really disappointed and disgusted by how my request was handled by your employees. I am a tenant at Greatermans Flat. I app**** for the internal transfer because it is very noisy in this floor. I went to Afcho offices for several times for a follow up till today no communication nothing. I am being given a run around like headless chicken and its disgusting. I asked Themba to assist me he always come up with excuses. When I follow up with Busi from your offices with my application. She always tell me to come back some other time she has not yet process my application. I have not yet paid rent I don't know what to do really. The service I received from your employees is poor.
