Poor service

I moved into Afhco property in 120 End Street and when i moved in the unit was not painted and had stains and the walls has patches on them and this was recorded by the building manager at the time and he indicated that it will be recorded so that when i move out i dont experience any issues. Now i have recently moved out and they dont want to pay me back my deposit and they claim that i am the one that damaged the walls and when i ask them to refer to the onboarding sheet upon me moving in they dont want to do so. I am very disappointed with their conduct and it goes to show that they do everything in their power to withhold our deposits which is not fair at all and its not ethical conduct. I wouldnt recommend anyone to rent at afhco.
