Poor service delivery from Afhco property management

I am a tenant at Jabulani Mews an Afhco customer... My years as an Afhco customer have been the worst .maintenance takes forever to be solved , we always have a network coverage problem ( mainly with the Wifi) .

Do we get the necessary help from the customer services team whenever a query is logged ? The answer is No! More and more people are moving because of the poor service and the network problem that is affecting working from home ...

Something has to be done soon !
