Poor service delivery.

Afhco Property Management really failing people indeed. We pay our rent on time but we had water problems for more than a month now. Platinum building in Doornfontein has no proper water supply for the past month, there's not a single drop of water in the showers and toilets except for 1 section closed to jojo tanks which gets finished even before 10am because the entire flat runs there to try take a shower in the morning. Poor management indeed. Use to rate them so high due to their good service delivery but not anymore the last 2 months has just been drama for everyone at Platinum Place.
