poor service delivery

i total agree with the review that was posted on the 28 Nov by Addie. we've been struggling with water for months now. i personally complained 2 months back (27 September) that the unit that i stay in has a satellite issue, doesn't have signal. i even went to their offices on the 20th Nov and they promised that they'll send someone to come and look at it and my ticket/case number is 333081 , tot nou no one came. i don't know whether they undermining the tenants or what coz no one is giving us straight answers.
