Poor service

Atkinson house unit 217 I have paid my feb rent on the 29th of January and up until today afcho tells me the payment is not reflecting, i have went to the offices several times to submit my proof of payment but still they can't trace the payment.. I have went to the bank 3 times and fought with a bank manager, they confirmed the money is in afcho's account and gave me the 3rd proof of payment to submit to afcho. The bank manager even showed me on their system that the funds are in afchos account but still nothing is being done from afcho.. It seems like the girl by the name of vannessa doesn't know her job
