Poor service

I have juts moved into one of your flats Legae and I must say I am just disappointed with service offered, when we did a check list with the building manager he assured me that the toilet that was broken will be fixed before i move in on Saturday but to my shock the toilet was still not fixed and the worst part is that the sink is leaking I cannot even fix it as he did not explain to me the extent of the damage there he made it seem like the only thing that was broken was the tap only to find out that thing is unusable that is not the worse part the basin is also blocked and to top it all of there are no stoppers for the basin and the bath imagine our shock when we needed to take a bath, am really disappointed with service offered by you guys I mean aren't you supposed to make sure that the place is in order for the next person who is supposed to occupy it?

even the wardrobe is also falling apart
