Poor service and no response

I enquired last year and no one got back to me and on the 2nd of March 2023 I enquired again about an apartment to rent however they not responding, I sent a follow up text on the 23rd March 2023 on Facebook messenger they never responded, on WhatsApp they blue tick my texts and bo one gets back to me
