Poor Service and bad customer relationship

I'm really disappointed about AFHCO, it's been over 5 months now staying in one of their building. They double charged me and I've been going to their office and calling but never got assistance. They always promise to give feedback but they gave one. The unit is not well maintained, to be considered you have to report a matter many times. I'm really not happy about this service, planning to move out.
