POOR SERVICE

<p>are we really supposed to suffer this much when we pay full rent.I paid my full rent and i was supposed to move in by the 1st of July only to find out that the flat was a mess couldnt move in to that kind of a mess and they promised to sort out the mess within a week and now still waiting .Did I pay my rent for not living there?Please sort this out.What you are doing is unfair to us stop thinking for your business only.When you want tenants you go all out but the moment you got us you dont even give a **** .</p>
